In this booklet, Francisco José Ruiz, SJ, analyzes communal discernment as a key contribution to the Church’s synodality. By tracing the life of St. Ignatius, the author illustrates the transition from personal faith to an ecclesial and shared "we"—a path that we are all called to follow. Furthermore, the author provides a vademecum of practical "additions" to guide collective decision-making with spiritual depth. Spiritual conversation becomes essential throughout this entire process.
